the tragedy & learning the lesson

"It is the Law that any difficulties that can come to you at any time, no matter what they are, must be exactly what you need most at the moment, to enable you to take the next step forward by overcoming them. The only real misfortune, the only real tragedy, comes when we suffer without learning the lesson." -- Emmet Fox

So true! Thanks for posting!
I find that very true! Life throws a lot of trials and temptations that we believe we can't handle, which we must learn that alone we can scrape through but with God we can explode through as a better servant to God than ever... it just takes us to release ourselves from our own bonds and hand ourselves over to God. That is what God is teaching me through the trials of the current.

Consider it true joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. Perseverence must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.
James 1:2-4

Exactly. Finding the lesson can be easier said than done. Who knows? Maybe it'll be clear.

Previously I would have agreed with this statement. Yet,for the last week I have been hearing "God has his reasons" and its just been frustrating... because I just don't understand. A 11 year old boy that I work with was in an accident recently and declared brain dead, just this weekend he passed away. I am a Christian, but I just don't see where God was. I've just become frustrated and angry...
